Use Consultation
We
provide a wide array of consultation services in connection
with the subdivision and redevelopment of real property. We
can assist you in evaluating the feasibility of subdividing
land. Our services include the research and analysis of planning
restrictions and assessment of environmental constraints including
slope analysis, zoning evaluations and baseline geotechnical
assessments. We work with local consultants and have
extensive experiences with a qualified team of architects,
soils engineers, civil engineers and builders.
Mr. Pallamary has been involved in many major land use cases in San Diego including serving as the lead land use consultant in the landmark case tried in San Diego by the Instititute for Justice out of Washingon, DC.
