Mr. Pallamary is one of the region's leading expert witnesses in land surveying and land use matters. He has testified in numerous court cases including federal jury trials and in Superior Court cases. As a faculty member of the National Business Institute, Mr. Pallamary has lectured before local attorneys as his programs are recognized and certified by the California State Bar Continuing Education program.

Mr. Pallamary has also been involved in many important cases including the landmark San Dieguito Partnership case wherein as a direct result of Mr. Pallamary's involvement, important case law was set in the area of Lot Line Adjustments and the subdivision of land within the State of California.
